As an accountability coach, I am your always on-call friend that supports your nutritional and health-oriented goals. I guide you on how to make positive choices, harness your own will power, and conquer the inevitable ups and downs that adopting a new lifestyle brings.

What is Accountability?

It’s NOT a bad word.

It can be an intimidating and overbearing word, can’t it? It brings to mind the idea of strict, harsh, and maybe even shaming tactics to get someone to do what they “should” do. Not here. Not in this space. Here, accountability is more than just a word, it’s a friend. It’s an advantage in the game of nutrition, health, and overall wellness. More than anything, it’s a way of daily keeping the promises we make to ourselves.

  • Changing your life for the better can be challenging, and you don’t have to do it alone. Having someone to help keep you accountable is a powerful way to stay committed and establish consistency in your new routine. You’ll be amazed at how much of a difference it makes knowing someone is checking in on your choices daily and that you have a dedicated support system just a message away.

  • You are in charge, not me. You choose your nutrition and workout plan. I help you stick to it. There are no drill sergeants here and no “tough love”. BUT there is daily communication, weekly check-ins, and finding what works best for you to succeed long-term. You do the work and I keep you on track and putting your shoes on to tackle whatever comes your way.

    • You will have full access to me as your coach 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)

    • Personalized one-on-one routine check-ins to keep you motivated and on track with your daily plan

    • 2 weekly coaching videos

    • Cost is $200 per 4 week session and discounted price if you extend for another session
