A little blurb about me.
I get uncomfortable when it’s time to talk about me, but we learn when we are out of our comfort zones, right? Sure. Yeah, that’s the truth. I’m Tawny! I love my family with everything I am and they are literally my heartbeat. This is what lead me to get sober for good in 2016 and start my own health and wellness journey. I have been on a mission ever since to learn and implement all I can about nutrition, movement, and mindfulness not only in my life, but to share it with those around me as well. I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition, and wellness coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in addition to a certified Women’s Coaching Specialist and Menopause Coaching Specialist via the Girls Gone Strong Academy by Molly Galbraith. I also fashion my entire coaching style after Nikki Gundy, creator of the On-Track method. I won’t bore with you the rest of the list, but I specialize in helping women stay strong and mentally fit on a daily basis.
